When you think of K-9 units on a police force, you probably think of dogs that are a little bit intimidating, given how well they are trained and the job that they set out to do.
But every dog has to start out somewhere, and in this case, it’s as absolutely freaking adorable puppies.
Meet one-month-old Fushin, Schumann, Feida, Yige, AJ, and Liang.
All six American Labrador puppies will be trained to join the New Taipei Police Department ‘s K-9 Anti Bomb and Drug unit based in Taipei.
While they might look pretty chill now, they’re actually really lively, and will be trained to become detection dogs.

The puppies’ mother, Yellow, is currently one of twenty-twoadult dogs in the K-9 unit, so police work runs in their blood.

That would be Fushin, the only cream-colored pup, who will become a blood detection dog.
“Fushin is very special,” said Pan Tian-long, Captain of the K-9 unit. “He is the naughtiest and the bossiest.”
